Over Coming the Enemy "WORLD" By Faith In the Son of God
God is wanting us to align our faith with Him. Believing that we can overcome any obstacle that may come in our lives through belief in whom He has sent to deliver us out of darkness.
His Son Jesus the Christ.
Through belief in Jesus we overcome the enemy of God that has come to keep us bound.
1 John 5:4-5
4: For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world; even our faith.
5: Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
In this world of lawlessness, we will have trials and tribulations; but God sent hope unto us by His Son Jesus. He overcame the world through His obedience to the Father.
Jesus spoke in John chapter 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Know that it is only through God that victories are wrought. If we do not believe in Him as
LORD. He cannot fight our battles, to bring victory in our lives.
Deuteronomy 20:4 for the LORD your God is He that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
Psalm 108:13 Through God we shall do valiantly: For He it is that shall tread down our enemies.
When the enemy is heavy on you and it seems like a whole lot 2 Chronicles 20:15 tells us
to hearken to the voice of the Lord to be not afraid the battle is God's.
15: and he said, Hearken ye, all Judah and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not your's but God's.
When the enemy is coming full force, God has equipped us for battle and there is armor to suit up with. It's called the armor of God: Truth, Breast Plate of Righteousness, Gospel of Peace, Shield of Faith, Helmet of Salvation, Sword of the Spirit which is the WORD of God and last but not least Prayer; praying always with prayer and supplication in the Spirit.
Ephesians 6:10-18
God is with us always and know that He knows what we are facing each day. When we are going through trials and tribulation in the earth, know that: There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way of escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 1 Corinthians 10:13
We can walk in Complete Victory in every situation that arises in our lives, for all victories are won through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All things are possible with Him if we only BELIEVE.
