There is a Meeting!!

1 Thessalonians 4:13-17

“But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.”

“For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

“For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.”

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:”

“Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

Are we ready for that blessed meeting?

Are our hearts prepared to meet the Lord Jesus in the air?

Are our lamps (Holy Spirit shining in our hearts) burning bright?

When Jesus comes, will He find us standing in faith?

Surely there shall be a meeting for those who have waited for God in faith and obedience to His will.

Whether we die in the Lord or remain until He cracks the sky. Rest assured Jesus will come!

And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. Revelation 22:12

Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. Revelation 22:14

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at:

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Matthew 7:13-14

There is a Meeting!
