PROSPERITY, SUCCESS & PROTECTION

Joshua 1:8-9

8. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt mediate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

9. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

Today we will discuss prosperity, success, and protection, but not the kind that we know in the earthly realm of life that consists in a worldly manner. This kind will give you spiritual wisdom that will help you keep your soul in line with God and how to handle what ever earthly possessions that He will give us in the earth.

There are three things that believers must do to be prosperous and have good success in this life:

1. Let not the law of God (His WORD) depart out of our mouths.

2. Meditate in the WORD day and night.

3. To do according to all that is written in it.

Then and only then will our way be prosperous and have good success in life. Joshua 1:8

We don't have to ask for earthly possessions, that comes with the territory.

Our Father will provide!

Matthew 6:31-33 31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

God then instructs us to be of good courage, to be not afraid nor dismayed (dishearten), or distressed. For He is with us wherever we go. Joshua 1:9

Father God also wants us to solely trust in him for all things and be courageous for He is with us. This is the protection part of His promise.

Father God doesn't require much of us, but to keep His commandments. They are not burdensome or grievous, but a delight.

Psalm 37:4

4 Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

When we take the time out to commune with God through reading His WORD. He fills us with comfort in knowing that He is there no matter what is presented before us, and will take care of the things we need.

There is a solution to every problem that we face in the WORD of God.

He requires us to keep the WORD in our hearts so that it may flow out of our mouths.

Meditate in the WORD so that when a situation arises we may know how to handle it.

Be a doer of the WORD and not a hearer only and our way will be prosperous and successful in Him.

We must trust that He knows best and will be with us in troubling situations. (Protection)

Once again, Our God will provide!

Father God is faithful to His promises!
